DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

We do offer any regular discounts on via our instagram page and we also offer discount on large orders and corporate orders. If your order falls into this bracket then please contact us at thenapco@outlook.com 

MY ITEM IS FAULTY- WHAT DO I DO? 

If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at thenapco@outlook within 4 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will then investigate the issue and reimburse you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? 

Everything in our store has been carefully selected and quality checked before being dispatched. Please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty we will not be able to accept an exchange.

HOW LONG DO PERSONALISED ORDERS TAKE? 

Normally your order is sent within 5 days. However, please allow 10-12 working days to be dispatched during busy times.
